Comedy superstar Chris Rock (Lethal Weapon 4, New Jack City, Saturday Night Live) stars in CB4, an off-the-hook, hilarious look at the world of Gangsta Rap. Rock plays Albert, a.k.a. MC Gusto, leader of the hot new rap group CB4 (short for "Cell Block 4"). The trio of CB4—MC Gusto, Stab Master Arson (Deezer D) and Dead Mik (Allen Payne)—are living large as their hardcore albums blow up the charts. Their rise to fame takes an unfortunate turn when they're caught up as subjects of a documentary by corny filmmaker A. White (Chris Elliott) and victims of a political campaign by Republican Virgil Robinson (Phil Hartman). And when the reality hits the streets that these cats are just three middle-class kids posing as ex-con thugs, their world of money, power and respect takes a beat down in the most embarrassing and ludicrous ways. This outrageous "rapumentary" is packed with cameos by real O.G. rap legends like Ice-T, Flavor Flav, and Easy E, and studded with special guest appearances by Tommy Davidson, Halle Berry and Shaquille O'Neal. CB4 is a hysterical stroll through the streets of hard-core hip-hop.

As soon as your order is sent from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Once my order has been shipped when will I receive it?

Depending on your method of shipping, your timing will vary.

Standard Shipping - you will receive your order in 3–10 days.
The timeliness of service to destinations not reachable by standard shipping — including Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon — may be affected by limited transportation. Delivery may take up to 2–5 weeks for these areas.

Do you charge for shipping?

Free standard shipping is eligible on all orders over $100 before tax, excluding oversized items. Items excluded from free shipping will be marked accordingly.

Free standard shipping is only available for areas where standard shipping is available. This excludes Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on customer location and shown before checkout.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping company.

One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?

Sometimes items ordered on the same day may arrive on different days. We will email you to let you know when each item is on its way.

We deliver to all Canadian Provinces.

I have received my item, but now I want to return it?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund*. (*If you are buying products from us in bulk to sell on for your own commercial purposes, we reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a refund.)

Please note that DVDs, Blu-rays, and 4K discs that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.

You can also exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it.

If the item is out of stock and you do not wish to order an alternative, your credit card will not be charged for the item.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return, please contact us at customerservice@gruv.ca and we will be happy to assist you. Let us know which item you wish to return and why. We will issue you a unique Returns Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

The item is no longer needed. What should I do?

If you simply no longer want the item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (provided it is unopened). You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and you must have a valid Returns Authorization number.

The RA number will be provided by our customer service team.

I have received my item but it's damaged or faulty. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make it right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item or refunding your account.

If we ask for the item to be returned, GRUV.CA will cover the return shipping cost via a pre-paid label. Just contact us and we will provide the relevant returns information.

I have received an item that I didn’t order?

If you received an item you did not order, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement. If we ask for the item to be returned, GRUV.CA will cover the return shipping cost via a pre-paid label.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund or replacement as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.

Replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Where possible, please keep the original packaging to use when returning the item.
